Email us at developer@dream84.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can, usually within a couple of days. Please include what you were doing when the problem happened and, if possible, a screenshot.

Common questions

• A shared pack link does not open. Links can be revoked by the person who shared them. Ask them to share the pack again.
• Restore a purchase. Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases.
• Manage or cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are handled by the App Store: open your Apple Account settings and choose Subscriptions.
• Remove a pack you shared. Email us the share link and we will take it down.
