fluence’d ("the app", "we", "us") is a camera app for posing and framing photos with reusable pose packs. We built it to need as little of your data as possible. This policy explains what the app accesses, what (if anything) leaves your device, and the choices you have. You never need an account to use the app, we do not sell your data, and we use no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Information used only on your device

• Camera. With your permission, the app uses the camera to show the live viewfinder and take photos. The camera feed is processed on your device and never sent to us.
• Photos. Photos you take are saved to your photo library on your device. With your permission the app can also read your library for features like the onion-skin overlay and importing your own pose cutouts. Your photos are never uploaded to us.
• Your settings. Pose packs, per-pose framing, and preferences are stored on your device.

Pose packs you choose to share

When you create a share link for a pose pack, that pack (its name, pose images, and framing) is uploaded to our server and stored so the link works. Treat a shared pack as public: anyone who has the link can view and install it, links can be forwarded without limit, and once a link has been passed on, copies of the pack may exist beyond your control or ours. Do not share packs containing photos or information you are not comfortable making public.

Share links stay live until revoked. Contact us to request removal of a pack you shared and we will disable its link; already-installed copies on other people's devices are not affected.

Information sent to us, only if you allow it

• Anonymous usage analytics. If you leave "Share anonymous usage data" enabled in Settings, the app sends anonymous, low-detail event names (for example, "pack_installed" or "paywall_shown") with a random, app-generated identifier. That identifier is not linked to your name, email, Apple Account, or photos. We use this only to understand which features are used and to improve the app. You can turn it off at any time in Settings.
• Diagnostics. Under the same setting, the app may send anonymous crash and performance measurements (Apple MetricKit) to help us fix problems. These contain no personal information.
• Feedback you send. If you use the in-app feedback form, we receive your message, the app and iOS version, and an email address only if you choose to provide one so we can reply.

Third parties

• Apple processes App Store purchases and provides the camera and photo permissions framework. We never receive your payment card details.
• Cloudflare hosts pack sharing, the endpoint that receives the optional anonymous analytics and feedback described above.

Purchases

Pro is sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not see or store your payment information. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Data retention

Shared packs are kept while their links are live. Anonymous analytics and feedback are kept only as long as they are useful for improving the app and supporting you, and they contain no information that identifies you.

Children

fluence’d is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can disable analytics in Settings, revoke Camera or Photos permissions in iOS Settings, and contact us about packs you shared or feedback you sent.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
