These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the fluence’d app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA"), which also applies to the app.
Some features (library backup and sync) require an optional account created by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in method. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which removes your backed-up data from our server.
Shared packs are your content and your sole responsibility. When you share a pose pack you confirm you have the rights to the images it contains, that it holds no unlawful or infringing content, and that you understand anyone with the link can view, install, and forward it. Sharing a pack makes its contents effectively public: once a link has been passed on, neither you nor we can control who holds a copy.
We host shared packs as-is and are not responsible for what users choose to share or for onward distribution of shared content. We may remove shared packs at our discretion. You are responsible for claims arising from content you share. To report a pack, or to request removal of one you shared, contact us and we will disable its link.
fluence’d offers purchases that unlock Pro features, including auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Current prices are shown in the app before you purchase.
You agree not to misuse the app or the sharing service, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the app or its backend, except to the extent the law permits.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of photos, packs, or share links.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
